Next courses commence week of the  20th April 2020.   We are running a slightly reduced schedule and classes will be via the Zoom Online Platform during the LockDown period and resume in the halls when possible.






Each Course is Allocated to a 6 or 7 Week Period

6 Week Pilates Course

6 x classes over 6 weeks

A common course period for beginners

Same teacher to assist your progress

The most regularly run course period

Same teacher to assist your progress

Option to replace 1 class if you can’t make it

Our March/April 2020 course is for 6 weeks.  Next 7 week block will start 20th April

One on One Pilates

Great option for:

  •  Any injuries/pain
  •  Working on areas you’re struggling with in class
  • Creating a home programme of exercises specific to your needs
  • Assisting with a physio programme and checking your technique

To ensure we provide you with the best possible classes, we ask you to complete our online enrolment form. This form is so we can understand your requirements and aspirations. We ask you about your medical history and general fitness to ascertain what is the best level and class for you.


After receiving your request, we will confirm if we have space and then on receipt of your deposit or payment, we will reserve you your place.
