Classes are bookable via our 4 CLASS MONTHLY PASS OR as one off sessions.
Commiting to a ‘Regular’ weekly time and class helps us to ensure we can provide the most personal, progressive & safe environment for you
4 Class Monthly Pass
Our most popular package which consists of 4 classes a month. You choose the class, time and day that you want as your ‘regular’ weekly class
Choosing a ‘regular’ class helps our teachers get to know you and personalise the class but we offer flexibility to swap if you can’t make your regular class one week
IN ADDITION to your classes you receive access to 2 new home pilates videos each month to deepen your practice AND a pre-recorded guided meditation/relaxation session
One Off Session
This is a great option if you want to try a class before committing to our monthly pass
It is also offered as an alternative for those months when perhaps the full package doesn’t suit.
One off sessions have to be pre-booked and paid for in advance and are subject to availability.
One on One Pilates
Great option for:
- Any injuries/pain
- Working on areas you’re struggling with in class
- Creating a home programme of exercises specific to your needs
- Assisting with a physio programme and checking your technique

If you are new to Palace Pilates please complete the enrolment form in our SIGN UP section but if we have taught you before just drop us an email and let us know which class you would like and we’ll get you booked in……
Payment can be made via bacs to Palace Pilates Ltd (details on request) or by monthly Standing Order.

DYNAMIC PILATES CLASSES:

MINDFUL MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION SESSION
– Wednesday 7.15pm
– None until we are back in the studios
