In today’s modern world we are often under constant pressure juggling the demands of our busy lives rarely having time to stop and unwind, to relax or simply think calmly. Retreats can be a really important tool to redress this frantic pace and Suzanne is an expert in creating a space and a mix of classes and free time to really bring you home – to a sense of stillness and calm within your mind and body – to press the reset button and step off the wheel.

Pilates and Relaxation One Day Retreat with Suzanne Wooder and Valentina Fruzzetti

Herons Zen Centre, Lingfield
We are very excited to be offering our first one day retreat this September.
Join us for a restorative day immersed in Pilates, Qi Gong and relaxation techniques at the beautiful Herons Zen Centre in Lingfield, Kent (just a 43 minute train journey from Victoria).
During the day both Valentina and Suzanne will guide you through a range of classes designed to deepen your pilates practice, balance your mind and body through the fabulous Qi Gong movements and guide you to a deep sense of relaxation.

Come and join us for a peaceful and relaxing weekend immersed in pilates, meditation and other holistic therapies designed to leave you refreshed and in in harmony with your body.
Less than an hours drive from London, we are delighted to be hosting this weekend for the ninth year running at Oxon Hoath Manor which is set in 73 acres of Kent countryside offering you uninterrupted views of the natural landscape and a perfect setting to unwind and relax.
To ease you into the weekend’s programme we start on Friday with a gentle pilates class before dinner, followed by an optional relaxation session. You will then have a choice of classes available throughout the weekend including a range of pilates, relaxation & meditation sessions. Further classes will be announced shortly and all levels will be catered for.
In addition to the group classes we have lined up some great practitioners to join us. Massage, facials, Indian head massage and reflexology will all be available to book on an individual basis, or simply take a walk in the beautiful grounds and enjoy the fresh air, silence and views.
Price: £370 twin and single ensuite rooms; £350 twin and single rooms with separate bathrooms

Relaxation, Rejuvenation and Pilates retreat with Suzanne
Tuesday 24th – Thursday 26th March 2020
This retreat will be led by Suzanne and held in the newly refurbished Brooklands Barn in Arundel – the perfect place to let nature work its magic on you along with a carefully tailored programme of classes and free time.
There will be Qi Gung sessions each morning – a meditative form of movement designed to gently free your body of any restrictions and tension as well as morning and afternoon pilates sessions. Pilates classes will be tailored to suit your needs with lots of individual attention so you really get to learn what’s right for your body and deepen your understanding of this movement form.
Suzanne will also share her love of meditation and relaxation techniques which help to bring your mind, body and spirit into stillness and deepen your sense of calm and wellbeing. In addition to classes there will be time to sit by the log fires, perhaps read a book, have an afternoon nap, take a walk, make new friends, eat amazing vegetarian food, treat yourself to a massage or relax in the sauna and indoor pool.
