These classes are suitable for beginners or people needing to rest from their regular classes to heal an injury and keep moving. In these classes we develop your understanding and application of the Pilates principles – good alignment, breathing, alignment, stability etc. They include an emphasis on somatic movement and key rehabilitation exercises drawn from own personal experience AND over many years working with physiotherapists and osteopaths.
Class Days & Times
These classes will not be running until we are able to resume in the halls as they need to be taught and experienced in person so we can ensure you are learning safely and correctly
4 class monthly pass starts 1st of every month
Whilst we prefer everyone to join our Monthly Class Pass we also offer one off classes if that suits you better.
