Description

For those who want a balanced, effective, total and strong body workout.  These classes cover a lot of the challenging, higher intensity intermediate and advanced matwork repertoire.  Here the focus is on strengthening and toning the body and we often use various pieces of equipment to increase the challenge. These are strong classes not suitable for beginners or people with current back issues.

Our 4 week monthly class pass starts on the 1st of each month

price £56 live, £52 zoom

 

Whilst we prefer everyone to join our Class Pass we also offer one off classes if that suits you better.

A dynamic pilates workout taken during one of Valentina’s classes for our advanced students.  The work out is based on a number of exercises from Joseph Pilates Classical Matwork sequence.  Please note this is not suitable for people with back injuries.
