In this class Suzanne will teach you some of the incredible Qi Gong repertoire which is gaining more and more popularity as its deep relaxing and healing benefits are being re-discovered. These movements release tension and blockages in your body and stimulate and boost your immune system.  In addition you will learn breathing techniques AND end each session will finish with a guided meditation. Suitable for everyone and anyone wanting to improve their stress levels.
